This policy is issued by VAST ITES PRIVATE LIMITED (operating as "VastPay").

We strive to provide reliable payment infrastructure to all our merchants and customers. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled across our platform and the subscription services offered through it.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be made. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges processed in error
  • Unauthorized transactions, subject to verification
  • Service unavailability for an extended period due to issues on our side
  • Failure to deliver the contracted service as described

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@vastpay.app within 7 days of the transaction. Include your transaction ID, registered email address, and a detailed reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 7–10 business days).

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Transaction processing fees and gateway charges
  • Subscription periods that have already been consumed
  • Custom development, setup, or one-time onboarding fees
  • Refunds requested after the eligibility window has passed

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer, we encourage you to contact our support team so we can resolve the issue directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees.
